Behind every successful renewable energy project is an organization that keeps people, information and day-to-day operations moving.

SUNOTEC is an international system integrator of large-scale renewable energy infrastructure. We have delivered more than 680 projects with over 15 GW of installed renewable energy capacity across multiple European markets, working across power generation, battery energy storage, grid infrastructure and lifecycle services.

As we continue to expand our UK operations and establish our office in Leicestershire, we’re looking for an Office Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day office environment and provide reliable administrative support to our local team.

Why this role matters:

Our Leicestershire office is an important part of SUNOTEC’s growing presence in the UK. As Office Manager, you’ll help create the structure and working environment that allows the local team to operate effectively.

  • You’ll be a central point of contact for colleagues and visitors
  • Coordinate the practical aspects of running the office
  • Support teams including HR and Finance with day-to-day administration
  • As the UK business grows, you’ll also have the opportunity to help shape how the office operates and contribute to processes that support a growing international organization

Where you’ll make an impact:

  • Take ownership of the day-to-day running of the Leicestershire office, ensuring colleagues have a well-organized, safe and welcoming place to work
  • Be the first point of contact for visitors, providing professional and helpful experience from the moment they arrive
  • Keep office operations running smoothly by managing supplies, equipment and relationships with relevant service providers
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements, helping colleagues manage their schedules effectively
  • Prepare and format documents, reports and presentations, ensuring information is accurate and professionally presented
  • Maintain organized records, databases and filing systems so that information is accessible and up to date
  • Support HR and Finance colleagues with administrative activities and coordination as required
  • Provide practical support to the wider UK team, responding to day-to-day needs and helping resolve administrative issues as they arise

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
