The role

Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you will take hands on ownership of delivery ensuring that all operations are carried out in an efficient, safe and economic manner, with a view to the company, client satisfaction and repeat business.

Supporting the delivery of sustainable operational performance across our client portfolio and anticipated growth. Key relationship holder between different sites, clinicians, and administrative functions and participation in the development of Operational strategies.

What you will do

  • Oversee daily clinic operations to maximise efficiency, effectiveness and service provision
  • Responsible for day-to-day clinic facilities and building management.
  • Accountability for the administration, reception, appointment bookings, co-ordination, planning, financial management, evaluation and monitoring of the clinic and network clinic support.
  • Provide key operational support during the implementation of new client contracts
  • Support the creation and maintenance of efficient operational processes with the ability to review, challenge and introduce new more streamline ways of working.
  • Working in partnership with OH Operations and Clinical Governance, create and implement a robust audit framework to audit all areas of operational process including network providers.
  • Being pro-active in problem solving, finding solutions to obstacles for the benefit of the business. Share lessons learnt and feedback to relevant members of the SLT.
  • Work with the Operations and Senior Management to ensure compliance with ISO standards and SEQOHS.
  • Understanding of contractual requirements for each client and ensuring accurate delivery.
  • Being innovative, challenging and re-thinking processes and systems as part of our continuous improvement cycle and making recommendations to the SLT for consideration.
  • Supporting and/or leading project and change management activities where required.

  • Proven operational management experience, ideally in occupational health or a similar regulated healthcare environment
  • Highly motivated, results-driven individual with a strong work ethic and attention to detail/accuracy
  • High integrity individual who embraces transparency, collaboration, and teamwork.
  • Interacts with departmental leaders across the organisation
  • Self-motivated, curious and takes initiative
  • Shares skills and knowledge within team while lending experience to other areas of the business
