Role Description

The Office Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Manchester, responsible for overseeing daily office operations and ensuring a professional, well-organized working environment. This role includes managing office administration, coordinating schedules and meetings, maintaining office equipment and supplies, and supporting the wider team with administrative tasks. The Office Manager will act as a first point of contact for clients and partners, providing responsive and courteous customer service and managing incoming communications. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records and filing systems, assisting with basic compliance and documentation processes, and contributing to process improvements that support efficient, client-focused service.

  • Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and professional telephone etiquette.
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration, including scheduling, record-keeping, and document management.
  • Ability to effectively use and maintain Office Equipment and standard office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email).
  • Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with a focus on building positive relationships and handling enquiries in a courteous, efficient manner.
  • Relevant experience in office management or administrative roles, ideally within financial services or professional services environments.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Comfort working with confidential information in line with regulatory and data protection requirements.
  • Educated to a suitable level.
