Our Client

Our client is an award-winning, 5* volume developer with an established portfolio of sites across the Cambridgeshire and Essex borders, operating in a region that continues to experience strong growth. With the expansion they are looking to introduce a “Tech Savvy” PA to come on board and assist the Sales Director as well as the wider teams day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the Director.
  • Manage and prioritise the Director’s diary, emails, and travel arrangements, ensuring efficient use of time.
  • Prepare and coordinate reports, presentations, and correspondence to a high professional standard.
  • Arrange and support internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking, and follow-up actions.
  • Liaise with internal teams, external stakeholders, and senior management on behalf of the Director.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive business information.
  • Support project administration, document control, and ensure key deadlines are met.
  • Assist in the organisation of company events, board meetings, and site visits as required.
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider senior leadership team when necessary.

  • Proven experience as a PA or Executive Assistant, ideally within property, construction, or a corporate environment is essential.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Confident managing multiple priorities and working to tight deadlines.
  • Highly professional, proactive, and able to work discreetly with sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic business environment.
