About the role:
The Office Manager ensures the smooth day-to-day running of our workplace and creates an exceptional employee and client experience. This is a hands-on role at the heart of the business, responsible for office management, facilities, and workplace operations, keeping our space well-run, well-stocked, and welcoming for employees, clients, and visitors.
You'll be the go-to person for office operations, suppliers, and general problem-solving, with some involvement in IT coordination and culture initiatives as they touch the day-to-day workplace experience.
The job 💻
Workplace & Office Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the London office, including receptionist duties when required
- Manage office facilities, suppliers and contracts (utilities, cleaning, maintenance, security, etc.)
- Ensure the office is well-organised, stocked and functioning efficiently. This includes Organisation of the weekly shop and Nespresso orders, set up and co-ordination of the Thursday afternoon drinks
- Act as first point of contact for office-related queries and issues
- Maintain a welcoming, safe and productive working environment for all employees and visitors
- Assist all teams across the agency. This may require you to leave the office on errands when the teams are extremely busy.
- Help set up and tidy up client meetings, ensuring guests are greeted, catering is provided and tech runs smoothly
- Deliver health and safety, compliance and sustainability plans for the office
- Support with company events, including summer and winter parties

Operations & Administrative Support:
- Support onboarding and offboarding of staff, including workplace and basic systems setup
- Coordinate with our IT partner (Enable) on day-to-day equipment needs, repairs and new starter kit
- Assist with internal processes, policies and documentation
- Support finance and HR administration where required (e.g. procurement queries, expenses, HiBob)
- Help coordinate internal meetings and business activities
- Support the planning and logistics of internal events and team celebrations
- Identify opportunities to improve office efficiency and the day-to-day employee experience
What we are looking for 👀
- Experience in a similar Office Manager or Workplace Coordinator role; agency experience is a plus but not essential
- Able to work full-time, 5 days a week from our London office — this is not a hybrid or remote role
- Passionate about creating great workplace experiences
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Approachable and supportive, with a "can-do" attitude
- Comfortable juggling priorities and responding quickly to changing needs
- Discreet and professional when handling sensitive information
- Collaborative and happy to pitch in wherever needed
