My client is a fast-growing robotics and AI business that builds autonomous technology for warehouses and logistics sites worldwide. It is well funded, expanding internationally, and is now deploying new sites every week.

The Role

This is a new, senior position responsible for the full operational workspace across five units on site. You will own facilities, maintenance, security, health and safety and supplier contracts, and handle a busy, varied workload of hands-on admin.

No two days are the same, and you will be on your feet moving between units throughout the day. There are no direct reports at the start. Once established, the plan is for you to line manage the wider office and facilities team, giving you a clear route into leadership as the business grows.

Key responsibilities

Site and Facilities

  • Manage the day-to-day running of five units, keeping every workspace clean, safe and fully operational
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs, working closely with the Facilities Assistant
  • Manage cleaning, security and maintenance suppliers, including contracts and service levels

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
