Office Manager
Creative Agency
£40,000 | London
My client is a creator agency working with brands across the UK, US, and UAE. They are looking for an Office Manager to take ownership of their London office and make it a welcoming, well-organised place to work.
Working closely with the People & Culture team, you’ll keep the office running smoothly, manage suppliers and facilities, and organise the events that bring the team together.
This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety. From sorting a facilities issue to welcoming a new starter or organising a team social, you’ll be someone who spots what needs doing and gets it sorted.
What the Office Manager will be doing:
- Own the day-to-day running of the London office, including supplies, meeting spaces, visitors, and access.
- Manage relationships with the building team and external suppliers, coordinating repairs and resolving facilities issues.
- Work with IT on office equipment and workspace setup, supporting the practical arrangements for starters and leavers.
- Organise office breakfasts, socials, team events, and other culture activities.
- Keep the office safe, accessible, and ready for employees, clients, and visitors.
- Maintain office procedures, supplier information, and spending records, keeping activity within agreed budgets.
- Gather feedback from the team and suggest practical improvements to the workplace.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
