Our client, a highly regarded company in Manchester, are seeking an Office Manager to join their team. This is an urgent requirement and is being recruited initially on a 3-month FTC basis.
The successful candidate will be based on-site Monday to Friday, and will be a proactive, hands-on individual with a friendly, approachable, and flexible attitude. A professional, client-focused manner is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming clients and visitors upon arrival.
- Assisting with meeting room catering requirements.
- Preparing and serving tea, coffee, and refreshments.
- Setting up meeting rooms to a high standard.
- Coordinating and liaising with on-site contractors.
- Providing general office services and facilities support.
- Monitoring stock levels of office supplies and refreshments, placing orders as required.
- Carrying out a variety of ad hoc duties to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
- Supporting with events held in the office.
