Office Manager
The Office Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the studio, providing comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the practice. This part-time, on-site role, based in Cambridge, includes managing office administration, coordinating schedules and meetings, maintaining records and filing systems, and overseeing office supplies and equipment. The Office Manager will act as a key point of contact for visitors and clients, handling inquiries and providing a professional and welcoming reception. The role also involves supporting project teams with documentation, assisting with basic financial administration such as invoicing and expense tracking, and helping maintain efficient office processes and compliance with company policies.

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, visitors, and colleagues.
- Candidates should possess Office Administration and Administrative Assistance skills to manage scheduling, records, and general office workflows.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Office Equipment and related tools to support daily operations and basic troubleshooting.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a busy studio environment.
- Proficiency with office software (such as email, word processing, spreadsheets) and comfort learning new digital tools.
- Previous experience in an office management or administrative role, ideally within professional services or a creative practice.
- Ability to work independently, use sound judgment, and contribute to a collaborative and inclusive workplace.
