Office Manager

At Brady Solicitors, we’re entering an exciting phase of growth and are looking for a proactive, highly organised Office Manager to play a key role in the smooth running of our business.

This is a varied, hands-on role combining office and facilities management, compliance coordination, business administration and executive support. You’ll take ownership of our office environment, ensuring it remains professional, welcoming, safe and compliant, while helping our teams operate effectively every day.

Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you’ll work closely with colleagues across the business, external suppliers and senior stakeholders to support operational excellence and maintain high standards across the firm.

What you’ll be doing

Office & Facilities Management

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the office, including facilities, maintenance and housekeeping.
  • Coordinate planned maintenance and resolve or escalate facilities issues.
  • Manage relationships with key suppliers, ensuring office infrastructure and services run efficiently.
  • Oversee stationery, office supplies and general workplace resources.

Compliance, Risk & Governance

  • Coordinate the annual Lexcel audit and support ongoing compliance with accreditation standards.
  • Review and maintain key legal policies and procedures, ensuring they remain up to date and embedded across the business.
  • Act as Data Manager, coordinating data breach procedures and Subject Access Requests in line with GDPR requirements.
  • Coordinate the registration, monitoring and renewal of key business insurance policies.
  • Support health and safety compliance, working closely with the HR Manager and external compliance advisers where required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in creating an organised, efficient and professional working environment. You’ll be comfortable balancing practical office management with administrative responsibilities and compliance requirements, and confident taking ownership of tasks from start to finish.

You’ll ideally bring:

  • Some experience of providing operational HR support would be a welcome advantage.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines and recurring tasks.
  • Experience coordinating suppliers, managing resources and maintaining workplace standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to processes, documentation and record keeping.
  • An understanding of confidentiality, GDPR principles, health and safety and risk management.
