Role Description
The Office Manager is a part-time role responsible for overseeing the smooth daily operation of the office and supporting the estate agency team. This hybrid position is based in London, with regular on-site presence combined with some work-from-home flexibility.

- Managing office administration
- Coordinating schedules and appointments
- Maintaining records and filing systems
- Ensuring office equipment and supplies are organized and functioning
- Responding to client inquiries
- Supporting the sales and lettings team with documentation and follow-up
- Helping maintain accurate property and client databases
- Handling basic financial and invoicing processes
- Supporting compliance with internal procedures
- Contributing to a professional and welcoming office environment
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
- Office Administration and Administrative Assistance skills to manage daily workflows, documentation, and scheduling.
- Familiarity with Office Equipment and basic IT tools to ensure smooth operation of workstations, phones, printers, and software.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Relevant experience in property, real estate, or professional services environments is beneficial.
- Comfort with common office software (e.g., email, calendars, spreadsheets, CRM systems) and willingness to learn new tools as needed.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting, maintain confidentiality, and uphold high standards of professionalism.
