Office Manager – Watford

An excellent opportunity to join a financially strong, stable, and growing international business with a genuinely friendly, collaborative, and multicultural working environment.

We have worked with this client for over 22 years, placing hundreds of people across their UK offices. We know the company, its management, and its culture extremely well.

It is a difficult company to get into and a very difficult company to get out of – because people simply don't want to leave! Some employees have been with the business for over 20 years.

The management team is humble, polite, approachable, and respectful. The company offers long-term stability, career development, and opportunities to grow.

Our client is looking for someone worthy of being part of their team. Our responsibility, having worked with them for so long, is not just to find someone with the right experience, but also to ensure that the wrong person does not join this company.

Attitude is key. We are looking for someone with a happy, friendly, and polite personality, who is proactive, helpful, and willing to take on any task, big or small. Someone who respects others, enjoys working collaboratively, and takes pride in what they do.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Office Manager / Workplace Manager / Office & Facilities Manager to join our client, an established group operating a portfolio of internationally recognized fashion and lifestyle brands.

This is a hands-on role for someone with strong experience in office management, facilities, front-of-house operations, and hospitality, ideally gained within a fashion, retail, showroom, or multi-brand environment.

You will take responsibility for the smooth day-to-day running of the offices, ensuring a professional, welcoming, and well-organized environment for employees, senior management, clients, and visitors.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
