Office Manager
We are seeking an exceptional Office Manager to join our UK team in a highly visible and business-critical role. Working closely with the UK Country Head and senior stakeholders across the organisation, you will be responsible for creating an outstanding workplace experience while ensuring the smooth, efficient, and compliant operation of the UK office.
Acting as a trusted partner to leadership, you will combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, overseeing office management, executive support, employee engagement, facilities, events, business continuity, and health & safety. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and highly organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture.
What You Will Do
- Lead the day-to-day management of the UK office, ensuring a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for employees, clients, visitors, and senior stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted partner to the UK Country Head and leadership team, providing executive support, coordinating key initiatives, and managing confidential business activities.
- Plan and deliver employee engagement programmes, wellbeing initiatives, internal communications, and workplace events that strengthen culture and enhance the employee experience.
- Organise and manage internal and external events, including client functions, leadership meetings, town halls, conferences, networking events, and hospitality activities.
- Oversee office operations, facilities, suppliers, budgets, procurement, and workplace services, ensuring high standards, cost control, and operational efficiency.
- Lead Health & Safety, Business Continuity Management, and operational resilience activities, including emergency planning, regulatory compliance, crisis communications, and incident response coordination.

- Significant experience in Office Management, Workplace Management, Executive Support, Facilities Management, or a similar role within a professional corporate environment.
- Proven ability to support senior leaders and manage relationships with executive stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and sound judgement.
- Strong project and event management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with experience producing engaging communications and building trusted relationships across all levels of an organisation.
- A solid understanding of facilities management, health & safety requirements, business continuity principles, supplier management, procurement, and budget control.
- A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach, combined with strong organisational skills and a passion for delivering an exceptional workplace and employee experience.
