Established in 2002, MG Scaffolding Ltd, an RSK Company, are seeking an Office Manager who can work effectively in our Brierley Hill branch DY5 2JQ.
The Office Manager will have the support of ongoing training, an Operating Manual, and a Senior Office Manager based in Oxfordshire.
Description
The Office Manager oversees daily office operations, supports project teams, and ensures smooth administrative, communication, and record-keeping processes to keep the business running efficiently.
Job Overview
Reporting to the Branch Director, the Office Manager is responsible for the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring it is organized, efficient, and professional. The role supports operational and field teams, coordinates administrative tasks, and maintains accurate records and documentation.

- Daily office operations: Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities; ensure a safe, clean, and functional workspace
- Administrative coordination: Organize records, files, and documentation; maintain accurate invoicing and job documentation
- Project support: Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and management to keep information up to date
- Process improvement: Streamline office processes and contribute to a responsive, service-orientated culture
- Health & safety awareness: Ensure compliance with company safety policies in office and site-related contexts
- Financial Admin: Process purchase orders (POs) and expenses. Preparation of monthly invoices

Essential
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Effective interpersonal skills for interacting with colleagues, clients, and suppliers in person, by phone, and in writing
- Practical experience with office equipment and software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)

Hours: Monday to Friday
Holiday: 23 days plus Bank Holidays
Pension: Company Pension Scheme
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £27,500 - £30,000 based on experience
