π Office Manager (Permanent)
π London | π’ Office-Based (5 Days) | π° Competitive + Excellent Benefits
Robert Half is partnering with a globally recognised organisation to recruit an Office Manager for their London office.
You'll be at the heart of the office, the go-to person for employees, and the driving force behind creating a positive, engaging, and well-organised workplace.
With around 20 employees in London and 1,000+ globally, you'll play a key role in ensuring the office runs seamlessly while working closely with colleagues across Europe, particularly the team in Germany.
π The Role
As Administration Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of the London office, acting as a trusted support for employees and senior stakeholders alike.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
- Acting as the main point of contact for employees and visitors
- Building strong relationships with suppliers, vendors and stakeholders
- Managing office facilities, maintenance and procurement
- Supporting local IT coordination and workplace requirements
- Processing invoices and assisting with budgeting and expense management
- Liaising with finance colleagues and external providers
- Coordinating office projects and improvements
- Planning and delivering internal events and social activities
- Working alongside the wider European team to help create an engaging employee experience

The successful candidate will be someone who genuinely enjoys being around people and wants to contribute positively to office culture.
β What We're Looking For
We're keen to speak with candidates who have:
- 5+ years' experience within Office Management, Administration Management or Workplace Experience roles
- A proactive, hands-on and service-focused approach
- The confidence to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Experience managing suppliers, facilities and office operations
- Exposure to invoice processing and budget management
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to work independently and take ownership of their role
