What You'll Do

Design and run the moments that make Flok feel like Flok: monthly team feasts, offsites, socials, and all the smaller touches that build connection and culture
Keep the office a space everyone feels good to be in – welcoming, organised, tidy, and ready to go
Own health & safety for the office: risk assessments, fire safety, and making sure we meet all relevant standards – be the person the team trusts when something needs fixing
Manage the day-to-day running of the office: facilities, maintenance, suppliers, desk setups, and making sure the practical stuff (WiFi, kit, kitchen, parking) just works
Build great relationships with our suppliers and vendors (cleaners, caterers, office equipment providers) and keep track of budget
Support new starters to feel at home from day one: desk setup, equipment, and a clear plan so they can focus on settling in
Provide admin support to the leadership team: scheduling, logistics for board meetings and visitors, and travel booking
Own the filming studio and the process for shooting video content for the Flok app: keep the space ready to use, schedule shoots with the Product team, and look after equipment

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
