What you'll be doing:

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to help create an exceptional workplace experience across Iomart. You'll oversee the smooth running of our offices, support colleagues and senior leaders, manage suppliers and facilities, and ensure our working environments remain safe, efficient and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office & Workplace Management:

    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Glasgow Head Office, with remote oversight of our London and Manchester offices.
    • Develop and improve office processes, policies and ways of working.
    • Manage office supplies, equipment and workplace resources.
    • Coordinate office maintenance and servicing.
  • Facilities & Supplier Management:

    • Manage relationships with landlords, building management providers and external suppliers.
    • Oversee maintenance, repairs, security systems and access controls.
    • Monitor service levels and manage supplier contracts to ensure value and quality.
  • Governance, Compliance & Health & Safety:

    • Support compliance with health and safety, data protection and internal policies.
    • Coordinate workplace safety initiatives and training, including fire safety, first aid, manual handling and DSE assessments.
    • Help maintain a safe and compliant working environment.

  • Financial & Procurement Support:

    • Manage office budgets, expenditure and procurement activities.
    • Drive cost control and maintain effective supplier relationships.
  • Executive & Operational Support:

    • Provide administrative support to senior leadership.
    • Coordinate meetings, events and workplace activities.
    • Help deliver a positive experience for employees and visitors across all office locations.

What we're looking for:

We want to hear from you if you:

  • Have 3 years plus experience in a similar role with a good understanding of general office health and safety compliance
  • Have experience managing confidential information with discretion
  • Have good organisational and multitasking skills
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power-Point)
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
