Office Manager
Location: Office based, Borehamwood, WD6 1JD
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per annum, DOE + Excellent Benefits!
Contract: Full time, Permanent

Are you an experienced Office Manager who loves being at the heart of a busy business, keeping people organised, solving problems and making sure things happen?
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Office Manager to join our Head Office in Borehamwood. Working closely with the senior management team, you’ll play an integral role in keeping our fast-paced and continually evolving business running smoothly.
This is a very varied position where no two days will be the same. You will be coordinating meetings, supporting Directors, helping with HR, recruitment, internal projects and resolving day-to-day issues.

You will be the person who keeps things moving and brings people together!
As our Office Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Keeping everyone on track: Organising and coordinating regular stand-ups and meetings, ensuring the right people are involved, preparation is completed and actions are followed through.
- Being a trusted point of contact: Taking ownership of day-to-day office matters, connecting teams and helping to resolve operational and technical issues by getting the right people involved.
- Supporting our people: Assisting with recruitment and onboarding, acting as a point of contact for HR matters and helping coordinate reviews, development plans, socials and team-building activities.
- Working closely with Directors: Providing trusted administrative support, including inbox and calendar management, while managing escalations from initial triage through to resolution.
- Driving internal projects forward: Keeping timelines and deliverables on track, following up with stakeholders and working alongside our Project Manager to make sure priorities keep progressing.

What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who is comfortable taking ownership and doesn't need to wait to be asked.
You’ll enjoy working in a busy environment, spotting what needs to happen next and bringing organisation to lots of competing priorities.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- 5+ years' experience in an Office Manager or similarly varied administrative/operational role
- Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, practical approach to problem-solving
- The ability to multitask and work effectively at pace
- Complete discretion when dealing with sensitive or confidential matters
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, with advanced Excel skills advantageous
- An interest in technology and enthusiasm for understanding how different areas of a business work
- Experience within a fast-moving business environment
- Project management experience would be an advantage
