Role Description
The Office Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Liverpool. The Office Manager will oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing administrative tasks, maintaining office systems, and coordinating the use of office equipment and supplies.

Daily Responsibilities

- Handling incoming calls and emails
- Supporting customer inquiries
- Preparing documents
- Maintaining records
- Assisting with scheduling and logistics for site teams
The role will also involve working closely with management to support project administration, basic financial administration such as invoice processing, and ensuring efficient communication between office and on-site staff. The Office Manager will be expected to maintain a professional, organized, and supportive office environment that contributes to smooth project delivery.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Office Administration and Administrative Assistance skills to manage records, scheduling, and day-to-day office processes.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Office Equipment and basic IT tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing) to support efficient operations.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
- Candidates should be able to work independently, use initiative, and collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- Previous experience in an office management or administrative role, ideally within construction or a related industry, is beneficial.
- A relevant qualification in business administration or a related field is an advantage but not essential.
