Make Wayve the experience that defines your career!

We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive Office Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of Wayve’s London locations. You’ll be the first point of contact for all things workplace—keeping things running smoothly, creating an exceptional environment for the team, and helping scale our local presence.

This is a hands-on, people-facing role where no two days are the same. You’ll work closely with our global Workplace, IT, and People teams to ensure our London office(s) runs efficiently, reflects our culture, and supports our fast-moving team.

What You’ll Do

Office Operations

  • Take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the London office, ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming workplace.
  • Manage the Reception team, including day-to-day leadership, performance, scheduling, development, and maintaining consistently high service standards.
  • Ensure the office is clean, organised, fully stocked, and presented to an exceptional standard at all times.
  • Manage office supplies, refreshments, stationery, and workplace consumables.
  • Coordinate deliveries, post, courier services, and general office logistics.
  • Liaise with building management, cleaning teams, and external suppliers to resolve day-to-day operational issues.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
