Soho Estates Office Manager
Soho Estates is a London property company based in the heart of Soho. Our office is home to a close-knit team of around 20 people. We're looking for an organised, proactive Office Manager who enjoys making things run smoothly. You'll oversee the day-to-day operation of the office, support colleagues across the business and be the person who spots problems before anyone else does.
What you'll be doing
- Welcoming visitors and answering the main office telephone.
- Keeping the office running smoothly, including coordinating repairs, servicing, and supplies.
- Managing relationships with suppliers and service providers.
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies and refreshments.
- Looking after incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.
- Providing general administrative support, including printing and document preparation.
- Helping colleagues with laptops and phones and liaising with our external IT provider when needed.
- Assisting with meeting room and video conferencing technology.
- Carrying out occasional PA support for the Group Finance Director.

About you
You'll probably enjoy this role if you:

- Are confident dealing with people.
- Are comfortable using Microsoft 365 and picking up new technology.
- Don't mind rolling your sleeves up to solve problems.
- Are happy working independently and using your initiative.
