Office Manager

Fulham, London | £30,000 - £33,000 DOE | Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm | Fully Office Base

Be the person who keeps a growing property business moving.

Are you an organised, switched-on property professional who loves being the person everyone can rely on?

We're working with a growing independent estate agency in Fulham that is building an exciting business across Prime and Central London. After a hugely successful first year, they're now looking for an Office Manager to become a key part of the team and take ownership of the day-to-day running of the business.

This isn't a role where you'll simply be ticking boxes and managing a diary.

You'll work closely with the Director and Sales Negotiator, taking control of the administration, coordination and operational side of the business so the team can focus on winning instructions, looking after clients and growing.

You'll be the glue that holds the office together.

What will you be doing?

You'll have real ownership across the business, including:

  • Managing sales and lettings administration from instruction through to completion and move-in
  • Preparing property particulars, brochures and memorandums of sale
  • Keeping Alto CRM and property portals accurate and up to date
  • Coordinating photographers, contractors and third-party suppliers
  • Being the first point of contact for clients, applicants, calls, emails and visitors
  • Supporting invoicing and basic accounts administration through Xero
  • Keeping on top of office operations, keys, supplies and diaries
  • Supporting Instagram and marketing activity to help grow the agency's brand
  • Spotting what needs doing and getting it done, often before anyone has to ask!

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
