A well-established and highly regarded property company based in Baker Street is looking for an experienced Office Manager to join their team.

This is a varied, hands-on role with overall responsibility for the smooth and efficient running of the office, alongside providing administrative and PA support to the CEO and wider sales team.

The role is Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm, with one day working from home. The package includes 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays and private medical insurance.

The Role

  • Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the office
  • Managing office supplies, facilities, suppliers, and general office requirements
  • Sales support for the negotiators
  • Assist with diary management for Directors
  • Supporting the sales team with property administration when required
  • Preparing and issuing sales memorandums and property documentation
  • Uploading and maintaining property listings across relevant portals
  • Act as the main point of contact for suppliers, contractors, and external service providers
  • Helping to coordinate team events, meetings, and other office initiatives

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in office management, ideally within residential property/estate agency
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident dealing with senior stakeholders, suppliers, and clients
  • Previous experience supporting a CEO or senior management is desirable
  • Property experience and knowledge of Reapit would be highly advantageous
  • Proactive, hands-on, and solutions-focused approach
  • Professional, personable, and confident communication style
  • A genuine team player with a positive, can-do attitude

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in an Office Manager, Administrator, Business Manager, or similar role within Estate Agency.
