Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day running of Scan's offices and workplace facilities
- Ensure office areas, meeting rooms and shared spaces are maintained to a high standard
- Act as a central point of contact for office and facilities-related queries
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs and planned works with internal teams and external contractors
- Manage relationships with suppliers and service providers, ensuring good service and value
- Manage office supplies, consumables and other workplace requirements
- Coordinate cleaning, waste management and other facilities services
- Help maintain building access, keys and other office security processes
- Support health and safety processes, inspections and workplace compliance
- Maintain accurate records for contractors, servicing, inspections and facilities activities
- Coordinate meeting room and workplace requirements for internal and external meetings
- Support company events, employee activities and visitors when required
- Identify opportunities to improve the workplace environment and reduce unnecessary costs
- Respond quickly and practically to day-to-day issues across the site
- Work closely with HR, Operations, IT, Finance and other departments on projects affecting the workplace
- Support senior management with general office and operational requirements as needed

The Candidate
- Previous experience in office management, facilities management or a similar operational role
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive and comfortable taking ownership of problems through to resolution
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident dealing with suppliers, contractors and colleagues at all levels of the business
- Good attention to detail and a structured approach to administration
- Commercially aware and comfortable reviewing costs and supplier arrangements
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment where priorities can change
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel and Teams
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams across the company
- Practical, approachable and solution focused
- Experience of workplace health and safety or facilities compliance would be advantageous

This is a full-time, office-based role at our Bolton HQ in Enterprise Park, Middlebrook, Horwich. Due to the nature of the position, we are looking for applicants who are within commuting distance of our Bolton site.
We are not looking to work with recruitment agencies at this time.
