About the Company

Fast growing Steel Company in Ickenham seeking an experienced Office Manager / Accounts person.

About the Role

Stand alone role initially 9-5pm can be flexible on hours

Responsibilities

  • Processing invoices - review and enter incoming and outcoming bills and invoices using QuickBooks
  • Check data for accuracy against purchase order, contracts or delivery notes
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and follow-up overdue accounts
  • Answer calls in a professional manner
  • Address customer queries regarding bills, payments and resolve
  • Manage the mailbox - responding to queries in a timely manner
  • Maintain digital and manual filing systems.
  • Keeping records up to date and adhere to Health & Safety requirements.
