With a client list of the who's who of established blue chip as well as up and coming maverick brands, this agency delivers award winning live events, brand activations and sponsorship builds across the globe. From partnerships to B2B conferences and live music production they are super creative and execute amazing production and unforgettable brand experiences every time.
The Role
This is a busy fast paced role, where you will be based 5 days a week in the office. From being the first point of contact at reception, you will be the face of the agency and welcome any visitors and clients on arrival. Ordering office supplies, setting up meeting rooms and keeping the office in fantastic working order will be part of the role. Supporting with meeting minutes, diary management and answering any telephone calls /emails will be key. Supporting with any supplier contracts and some HR support will also be expected.

About You
We are looking for proven experience in an office management and reception role, excellent communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks whilst keeping a calm and positive attitude. You will be an excellent administrator with strong MS Office skills and be able to take meeting minutes and manage a multitude of stakeholders. Experience in answering phones, emails and greeting guests is expected and some flexibility towards hours due to the nature of the industry will be needed.
