📢 WE’RE HIRING – BILINGUAL POLISH & ENGLISH OFFICE / OPERATIONS COORDINATOR – 100% REMOTE
Octopus Plumbing Ltd is looking for a well-organised and confident Polish & English-speaking person to join our team.
🌍 This is a 100% remote, full-time position, so you can work from home. We are looking for candidates based in the UK or Poland.
We are a busy and growing plumbing & heating company serving customers in London, and we’re looking for someone who can help coordinate our day-to-day office operations and support our engineers in the field.
The role will include:
- Managing the daily diary and scheduling engineers
- Speaking with customers by phone, email and WhatsApp
- Booking and confirming appointments
- Coordinating engineers and ongoing jobs
- Preparing and following up quotations
- General office administration
- Keeping customer and job records up to date
- Following up outstanding jobs and customer enquiries
- Helping ensure the day-to-day operation of the business runs smoothly

What we’re looking for:
- Fluent Polish and English – both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Confident using computers and online systems
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Reliable, proactive and comfortable taking responsibility
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, scheduling, operations or a similar role would be an advantage

Experience in the plumbing, heating, construction or property maintenance industry would be useful, but it is not essential.
We’re more interested in finding the right person with the right attitude who can learn quickly and become an important part of our team.
