Role: Office Manager
Location: Nottinghamshire, onsite
Job type: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: Up to £45,000
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to support senior leadership and help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business. This varied role combines executive support, office administration, HR coordination, facilities management, and operational support within a fast-paced and growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and organisational support to senior leadership.
- Manage confidential communications and correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and follow-up actions.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and administration.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and supplier relationships.
- Coordinate travel arrangements when required.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, presentations, and business documentation.
- Support compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage incoming enquiries and support internal communications.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and external partners on behalf of senior management.
- Assist with project coordination, business reporting, and process improvements.
- Support logistics, operational, or ecommerce-related administration as required.
- Oversee facilities management, including maintenance, health and safety, and workplace operations.

Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, PA, Office Manager, or similar role.
- Experience supporting senior leaders in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Strong IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems.
- Experience in commercial, logistics, ecommerce, HR, or facilities environments is advantageous.
