About Us

The PA is a beacon of trust for news, content and data.

At the heart of our group is the Press Association, the UK and Ireland’s national news agency, trusted for its impartiality, accuracy and speed for more than 150 years. We bring these standards to everything we do, from news and sports data to content creation and communications.

And we’re beginning an exciting new chapter in Leeds.

Our new home at West Village in the heart of Leeds city centre will bring colleagues from across our business together in a fantastic modern workplace, and we’re looking for an Office Manager who can help make it a brilliant place to work.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a brilliant organiser and natural people person to become the face of our new Leeds office.

As our Office Manager, you’ll be at the heart of day-to-day life at West Village. You’ll make sure the office runs smoothly, colleagues have what they need and everyone – from a new starter arriving on their first morning to an Executive or external visitor – receives a warm, professional welcome.

This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are likely to look quite the same. You could be coordinating an office event, sorting a meeting room, welcoming visitors, working with our serviced-office provider or helping colleagues with a workplace query.

You’ll also provide practical administrative support to two members of our Executive Team based in Leeds, including diary and meeting coordination, travel and expenses.

Because you’ll be the person who makes the office tick, this role is based on site at West Village five days a week, Monday to Friday.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
