Front of House & Office Manager
Location: Mayfair, London
Working Pattern: Office-based, 5 days per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a polished and proactive Front of House & Office Manager to join a fast-growing, international consultancy based in the heart of Mayfair.
This role is perfect for someone with 2–3 years' experience within a corporate, professional services, luxury hospitality or client-facing environment who enjoys creating outstanding workplace experiences and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
Acting as the face of the business, you will be responsible for ensuring clients, visitors and employees receive a first-class experience from the moment they walk through the door.
Key Responsibilities
Front of House & Client Experience
- Meet and greet clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience
- Manage incoming calls and general enquiries
- Prepare meeting rooms and coordinate room bookings
- Provide exceptional service to senior stakeholders and high-profile clients
Office Management
- Take ownership of the day-to-day running of the office
- Manage suppliers, contractors and build relationships
- Coordinate office maintenance and facilities requirements
- Order office supplies and oversee inventory management
- Act as the main point of contact for office-related queries

Events & Employee Engagement
- Plan and coordinate company social events throughout the year
- Manage event budgets, venues, catering and entertainment
- Organise seasonal office initiatives and employee engagement activities
- Help create a positive, collaborative and enjoyable workplace culture
Administration & Executive Support
- Provide administrative support to senior leadership when required
- Assist with presentations, document production and meeting preparation
- Support wider business operations and ad-hoc projects
- Collaborate closely with executive support and operational teams
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years' experience within a corporate, hospitality or customer service environment
- Professional, polished and highly presentable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Confident interacting with senior stakeholders and high-net-worth individuals
- Creative, proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards
