Office Manager

We are seeking an organised, proactive and commercially minded Office Manager to support the smooth and efficient running of our Hertford-based law firm.

Working closely with the Directors, you will oversee day-to-day office operations, client care processes, facilities, IT coordination, financial administration and compliance support, helping to ensure the firm continues to deliver an excellent client experience.

This is a varied and hands-on role suited to someone with strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities and a calm, professional approach. The successful candidate will be confident managing multiple priorities, building positive relationships, improving office processes and supporting compliance with regulatory and business requirements.
