Squared Insurance Brokers is growing

This is from the hard work we put in to deliver strong customer service and through this, our customers do the advertising for us by recommending us to other businesses.

To keep up this service, we now need a highly organised and great communicator to become our Office Manager to keep us in check.

About us

Female led business, set up in 2019 with no investors or funding, who has grown a business through a strong and ethical customer service approach.

We arrange insurance for businesses that want to protect their operations, their growth and their people. We act like our clients’ own insurance department. We get to know how they work and how they like to communicate, then build an insurance programme in plain English, with no jargon.

We don’t do the hard sell. We explain what cover exists and what it protects, and our clients decide whether to buy a policy or self-insure. That approach gives us strong retention and close, long-term client relationships.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
