Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive, organised Office Manager to take ownership of our London office - making sure it runs smoothly day-to-day, that the team have what they need to do their best work, and that the space itself is safe, well-maintained, and welcoming. You will work closely with our Business Manager and the wider team, and report directly to the Group CEO.
Office Operations
- Assist with the day-to-day running of the London office, making sure all operations run smoothly and any issues are resolved quickly.
- Assist with keeping the office fully stocked and running efficiently - this will include monitoring stationery, equipment, kitchen supplies, drinking water, fruit and other everyday essentials, anticipating what's needed before it runs low, taking regular inventory, and placing orders with suppliers.
- Work closely with the Finance team to process invoices and purchase orders accurately and on time, keeping office spending organised and easy to track.
- Maintain the overall condition and appearance of the office, arranging any necessary repairs, servicing, or redecoration, and keeping equipment such as coffee machines properly cleaned and maintained.
- Arrange PAT testing and other routine compliance checks to keep the office safe and up to standard.
- On occasion you may be asked to support the HR team with scheduling training sessions; this includes setting up the relevant meeting rooms for the sessions, tracking attendance, scheduling the sessions in the diary and co-ordinating feedback sheets.

Team & Visitor Support
- Collect letters and parcels from other London addresses connected to the wider Group.
- Be the friendly face of the office - meeting and greeting visitors when asked to by our executives.
Collaboration & Flexibility
- Partner closely with the Business Manager, covering Business Manager duties if they're away or at capacity, and asking for their support in return if you're stretched. This may include taking minutes in meetings.
- Take on other administrative, operational, or logistical tasks in support of the office and wider team, as needed, and as requested by the Group CEO or Business Manager.
- Work within Clear Junction's policies and procedures, and in line with all relevant UK laws and regulations.
- Report to the Group CEO, and work towards agreed KPIs and performance goals for the role.

About You
- Highly organised, with a knack for anticipating problems before they happen.
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and working both collaboratively and independently.
- Clear, confident communicator who's happy liaising with suppliers, colleagues, and senior stakeholders alike.
- A proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented attitude - happy to jump between different tasks.
- Experience with, or willingness to learn about, workplace health & safety practices is a plus.
