Office Manager & Administrative Assistant (gn)

Position Details

Role Overview

You keep our London office running smoothly and create an organized, welcoming environment for employees and visitors alike. As an Office Manager & Administrative Assistant (gn) you combine hands-on office management with administrative support, ensuring that day-to-day operations are handled efficiently. The role follows a hybrid working model, typically this will be two days per week on-site at our London office (TQG UK Limited, 25 Gerrard Street, London W1D 6JL) - depending on line managers travel commitments. You should be flexible and available to work from the office whenever business needs require your presence.

Your Mission

  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our London office and act as the first point of contact for office-related topics.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and office supplies, ensuring everything is well organized and stocked.
  • Support administrative processes such as document management, filing, invoice handling, and maintaining office records.
  • Welcome visitors, coordinate meeting rooms, and assist with general administrative requests from employees.

Your Experience & Skills

  • Previous experience in office management, team assistance, administration, or a similar support role.
  • Confident handling common office software such as Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel) and quickly adapt to new tools and systems.
  • Highly organized, reliable, and proactive, with a hands-on mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Enjoy working with people, communicate professionally, and build positive relationships with colleagues and external partners.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Available 24h/week on 3d/week and can be in the office at least 2 of 3 days.
