Office Manager | Executive Team Assistant
£50,000 - £60,000 per annum + benefits

Leo Jack are delighted to be searching for an experienced Office Manager and Executive Assistant at a key time of growth for this innovative organisation.
Overview
Joining this growing, creative, and international brand, this key role will be responsible for a broad range of operational, organisational, and administrative activities, including:
- Managing the day-to-day running of the busy London office and creating a professional, welcoming, and engaging workplace environment.
- Acting as a key and often first point of contact for employees, visitors, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
- Managing office facilities, suppliers, budgets, maintenance, and health & safety requirements.
- Coordinating company events, employee engagement initiatives, and leadership meetings.
- HR: Supporting recruitment, interview coordination, onboarding, and offboarding.
- HR: Maintaining employee records and supporting HR administration, payroll, and benefits processes.
- Providing administrative and organisational support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team.
- Managing calendars, meetings, travel, and international itineraries.
- Supporting Board and senior leadership meetings, including logistics, materials, and follow-up actions.
- Preparing presentations, reports, and managing confidential documentation.

Criteria
This is a unique role and an exciting opportunity for an individual who is naturally organised, calm under pressure, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
You will ideally have:
- 4+ years' experience in Office Management, Executive Support, People Operations, HR Administration, or a similar business support role.
- Experience managing office operations within a fast-paced or growing business.
- Exposure to recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, or wider employee lifecycle processes.
- Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams would be highly advantageous.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a confident relationship builder.
- A proactive, hands-on, and solutions-focused approach.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across the business.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Experience with travel management platforms would be beneficial but not essential.
