Role overview:

The Office Manager oversees the day-to-day running of the Studio and is responsible for the upkeep of facilities including ICT, supplies, and resources.

Office Manager organises company resources, including personnel and equipment, and proactively develops and implements operational policies, procedures, and strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. The People and Workplace Coordinator collaborates with other departments to ensure smooth and seamless operations across the company.

Key tasks

  • PA duties for Directors
  • Assist with the booking of travel arrangements, including finding the best value as requested
  • Provide administrative assistance for HR, project managers, sales and communications, and finance.
  • Day-to-day running and upkeep of the studio including ICT, supplies, and resources
  • Scheduling meetings and meeting spaces, ensuring the team has faultless conferencing systems
  • Following up on requests for information and directing enquiries to relevant people
  • Liaising with suppliers of services (IT, Telecoms, infrastructure, and Travel) as required
  • Managing our external IT providers
  • Welcome and direct visitors
  • Distribute and manage post
  • Set up weekly company update and manage recordings
  • Help organise company events through the social committee

About you

Previous experience in a similar role is essential. A well-organised and efficient candidate is required as they will be handling multiple tasks at one given time. Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as a keen eye for attention to detail.
