Robert Half is partnering with an international investment business to recruit an Office Manager / Team Assistant for their London headquarters in Mayfair.

📋 The Role

Reporting into the CFO, you'll split your time between office management and executive/business support responsibilities, ensuring the office runs efficiently while supporting senior stakeholders and the wider team.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of a busy London office
  • Overseeing facilities, suppliers, health & safety and workplace management
  • Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Providing diary management and executive support to the CFO
  • Organising meetings, preparing schedules and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Monitoring actions and deliverables across the team, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Chasing stakeholders and maintaining momentum on key projects
  • Assisting with cost reconciliations and supporting financial administration
  • Acting as a key point of contact for employees, visitors and external partners
  • Providing occasional reception cover when required

✅ About You

  • 2-3+ years' experience within Office Management, Executive Assistant, Team Assistant or Business Support roles
  • Confident managing office operations and dealing with suppliers
  • Strong diary management, scheduling and coordination skills
  • Comfortable supporting senior executives and leadership teams
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills
  • Confident enough to follow up with stakeholders and drive actions forward
  • Professional, approachable and down-to-earth in your style
  • Happy working in a fully office-based environment
