Group Business Administrator / Office Manager

London | Full-Time | Hybrid Working

Are you an experienced Office Manager or Senior Administrator who enjoys being at the heart of a business?

We're working with a growing and highly regarded professional services consultancy looking to hire a Group Business Administrator to support the day-to-day running of the office and wider business operations.

This is a varied role where you'll work closely with senior leaders, providing administrative support, coordinating office activities, managing suppliers, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office management and day-to-day business support
  • Supporting senior stakeholders and wider teams with administration
  • Managing travel bookings, meetings, and diary coordination
  • Preparing and formatting documents, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinating suppliers, contractors, and office facilities
  • Process invoices and maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting with project administration and business support activities
  • Supporting company events, meetings, and operational initiatives

About You

  • Previous experience in an Office Manager, Business Administrator, or Senior Administrative role
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and business systems
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks
