About the Role
As Office Manager you’ll sit as part of the management team, be involved with strategic business making, operations, full oversight of all procedures and have a voice.
The MD is looking for an individual who has the appetite and application to want to succeed, someone who also has a bit of an entrepreneurial flair and drive who will challenge when necessary and isn’t afraid to bring ideas to the board.

An Office Manager who’s going to make a difference.
That’s what’s needed here, you’ll oversee the full running of the office and oversee all key elements including internal projects, systems, recruitment and onboarding, business contracts and policies.
Key Responsibilities

- Be involved with strategic business making, operations, and full oversight of all procedures.
- Have a voice and provide input within the management team.

Requirements
- Must have a background in a similar role as Office Manager.
- Ideally from a small-medium sized business.

Working Conditions
- The business is currently based in SK7 but relocating to Wilmslow in the next 3-6 months.
- Working pattern is full time office based Monday-Friday with a 2pm Friday finish.
