Office Manager — Run the London office of a fast-growing, VC-backed startup. London, full-time in office.
We're a VC-backed startup building at the intersection of AI and gaming, with a 19-person London office and founders often based in Sofia. We're hiring our first dedicated Office Manager to own the London office end-to-end.

This is an owner role, not a caretaker one — you'll run facilities, compliance, people-ops logistics, and budget with full autonomy.
What You'll Do
- Own the landlord relationship, vendors, and UK H&S compliance (fire safety, first aiders, risk/DSE assessments)
- Run onboarding/offboarding, right-to-work checks, and benefits admin
- Own the office budget: procurement, expense tooling, and invoices with finance
What We're Looking For
- Has solo-run the office of a VC-backed startup before
- Proactive, autonomous, and discreet with sensitive information
- Existing UK right to work (no sponsorship)
Bonus: office move or fit-out experience, light EA support for founders.

Salary: £54,600/year gross.
