Location: Alton, Hampshire

Imagine stepping into a pivotal role where every decision you make directly shapes customers’ journeys to cleaner energy. You thrive on orchestrating tight schedules, elevating processes and leading a small team to tangible success. If you’re driven by the satisfaction of turning a signed contract into a fully compliant, thriving solar installation and you relish the challenge of problem-solving in a fast-growing environment, this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

Why this role

You’ll become the linchpin between sales, installations and compliance, owning the delivery journey from contract signing through to MCS certification. With clear authority and the autonomy to enhance workflows, you’ll ensure every project runs smoothly, on time and to the highest standards. Your proactive approach will transform how we operate, making you an indispensable leader in an expanding renewable energy business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
