Studio Ore is looking for an office manager and executive assistant to join its team in London.

Studio Ore is an international manufacturer of luxury brass taps and architectural fittings, supplying exceptional products to architects, interior designers, developers and private clients around the world.
Our London headquarters is home to our creative, design, marketing and international operations teams, supporting our growing global business across the UK, USA and Europe. We are passionate about quality, design and delivering an exceptional experience at every touchpoint.
We’re looking for an experienced Office Manager and Executive Assistant to become the operational heart of our London office. This is a key role for someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys taking ownership and takes pride in creating an outstanding working environment.
The role
As office manager, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of our London headquarters while coordinating administrative support for our UK and US offices. You’ll ensure our workplace is always professional, welcoming, and efficient, while providing executive support to our directors.
You’ll keep everything running seamlessly behind the scenes, anticipating needs, solving problems, and ensuring nothing gets overlooked.
Key responsibilities
Office and showroom management:
- Manage the daily operation of our London office and our consultation space
- Ensure the office is always immaculate, organised and client-ready
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, suppliers and contractors
- Answer incoming telephone calls and manage enquiries professionally
- Coordinate meeting rooms, hospitality and client visits
- Manage office supplies, stationery, furniture and workplace equipment
- Organise deliveries, couriers and incoming post
- Oversee office maintenance and coordinate repairs when required
- Oversee office management for LA and NY offices/ consultancy spaces

Facilities and infrastructure:
- Manage relationships with landlords, building management and service providers
- Coordinate office maintenance, cleaning and workplace improvements
- Arrange servicing and maintenance of office equipment
- Liaise with our IT support providers to ensure all systems, hardware and technology are operating efficiently
- Manage office infrastructure and support future office projects and improvements
- Maintain an inventory of company equipment and assets
Administration and operations:
- Manage company insurance policies and annual renewals
- Coordinate health and safety requirements and workplace compliance
- Maintain supplier records, contracts and key business documentation
- Support purchasing, budgets and expense administration
- Develop and improve office procedures and operational processes
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including equipment, workspace setup and inductions
Executive assistant support:
- Arrange travel, accommodation and itineraries
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Prepare documents, presentations and meeting materials where required
- Handle confidential correspondence and sensitive information
- Assist with personal and business-related administrative tasks
- Provide proactive day-to-day support to the leadership team
International office coordination:
- Support the administration of our UK and US offices
- Coordinate suppliers and workplace services across multiple locations
- Ensure consistency in office standards and operational processes
- Work closely with colleagues across international teams to support business operations

About you
We’re looking for someone who is naturally organised, highly professional and enjoys taking ownership.
You’ll be confident working independently, able to juggle multiple priorities and have an eye for detail that ensures nothing slips through the cracks.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience as an office manager, executive assistant or operations manager
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience dealing with landlords, contractors and external suppliers
- Confidence managing confidential information
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- The ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the business
- A calm and professional approach in a fast-paced environment
