Office Manager - Watford
We are a group company with a portfolio of reputable global brands, and we are looking for an Office Manager to run our Watford offices. You will be the face of the business and the person who keeps everything running smoothly. You will create a professional, welcoming, safe and efficient environment for directors, senior leaders, brand and product teams, and visitors. The role combines front-of-house, facilities, hospitality and administrative support, along with hands-on sample and brand compliance administration. It suits a proactive, hospitality-minded problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day running of the offices, including the upkeep, presentation and functionality of reception, common areas, meeting rooms, showrooms and storage areas.
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, clients and callers, managing visitor check-in, calls, post, couriers and deliveries, and ensuring continuous reception cover.
- Liaising with the landlord, building management, cleaning contractors and suppliers on maintenance, hygiene, and health and safety, and keeping stationery, kitchen and cleaning supplies stocked.
- Managing office budgets, invoices, expenses and reimbursements, and passing accurate records to Accounts.
- Managing meeting room and showroom bookings, preparing spaces for meetings, and ordering and serving catering and refreshments for directors, visitors and teams.
- Supporting client presentations, product launches, seasonal showcases, press days, sample sales and other events.
- Managing brand compliance administration, including uploading images to the BC system, monitoring approvals and rejections, and coordinating with Operations, product developers and colleagues in India.
- Overseeing health, safety and compliance, including risk assessments, safety documentation, fire safety, employee welfare and contractor oversight, and managing sample storage, rotation and dispatch.

- A minimum of 3 years' proven experience as an Office Manager, Workplace Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment, ideally in fashion, retail, showroom or multi-brand settings.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a highly personable and professional manner.
- A hospitality-focused, proactive and solutions-oriented approach, with a passion for creating exceptional workplace experiences.
- Calm under pressure and adaptable, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and office management tools.
