Office Manager

We are working with a multi award winning, national financial planning organisation to recruit an Office Manager. Our client is a market leading business with offices across the UK; they have grown substantially over the past few years and have an exceptional reputation across the South West of England.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading people, keeping things organised and making sure a busy office runs smoothly. You’ll be responsible for overseeing a team of Administrators and Paraplanners, supporting their development and ensuring the wider team receives an efficient, high-quality service.

The opportunity

  • Ownership of the day-to-day running of the team: Ensuring workloads are well managed, deadlines are met, and standards remain high.
  • Collaboration with Financial Advisers and senior stakeholders: Helping to resolve issues, improve processes, and ensure the team has everything it needs to perform at its best.
  • People management: Coaching and developing your team, holding regular one-to-ones, supporting performance, and helping create a positive, collaborative working environment.
  • Opportunities for improvement: Scope to improve processes, increase efficiency, and find better ways of working.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
