Office Manager / HR Administrator (Part-Time)
This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in the day-to-day success of IN2 Engineering's Belfast office.
Working closely with colleagues across the business, you will be responsible for creating a professional, welcoming and highly organised workplace environment while supporting key HR processes across the business.
Duties:
- Managing the smooth day-to-day operation of our Belfast office, ensuring a professional and efficient working environment
- Supporting employee onboarding, HR administration and people processes across multiple locations
- Creating a positive workplace culture through staff wellbeing initiatives, office events and employee engagement activities
- Coordinating facilities, office services, suppliers and workplace standards to ensure an exceptional employee and visitor experience

Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience in an Office Manager, HR Administrator, Workplace Coordinator or similar administrative role
- Experience supporting employee onboarding, HR administration and people processes
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service-focused approach
- Experience coordinating facilities, suppliers, contractors and office services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR administration systems
- Experience maintaining accurate records and handling confidential information appropriately
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and office locations
- A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
- Experience within a professional services, engineering or consultancy environment would be advantageous
Key Responsibilities:
- Front of house management, meeting coordination and visitor experience
- Office administration including post, couriers, shared inbox management and office communications
- Facilities management, office maintenance, health and safety support and supplier coordination
- Procurement and management of office supplies, consumables and service contracts
- Coordination of staff travel arrangements and office logistics
- Organisation of employee wellbeing initiatives, social events and recognition activities
- Management of onboarding and offboarding processes across the business
- HR administration including employee records, probation reviews, absence tracking and training coordination
- Support with visa administration, Right to Work checks and compliance activities
- Supporting ESG initiatives and office-based sustainability programmes

Due to regulatory requirements, this role is open to candidates with permanent residency or unrestricted right to work in Northern Ireland only. Applications requiring visa sponsorship cannot be considered.
