Role Description
The Office Manager role at Contracut Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Sowerby Bridge. This role is responsible for overseeing daily office operations, including managing correspondence, organizing records, and ensuring smooth administrative processes. The Office Manager will coordinate schedules, support customer inquiries, and liaise with internal teams to maintain efficient workflow.

Typical Tasks Include:

- Supporting basic finance and invoicing processes as needed
The role also involves maintaining a professional front-of-house presence and contributing to a positive, customer-centered office environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Office Administration and Administrative Assistance skills to manage day-to-day operations and documentation effectively.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Office Equipment and basic IT skills to handle printing, scanning, telephony, and standard office software.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Relevant experience in an office management or administrative role is preferred; experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team are important.
