Office Manager
Investment Firm

Our Client:
We are currently working with a leading investment firm based in the heart of London, seeking an Office Manager to join their team; they are a market leader in their industry and have cultivated a collegial, hardworking and successful business.
Kindly note, this is a fully office-based role 5 days per week.
About the Office Manager role:
This is a central role to the London office, and will require someone who enjoys taking on a variety of responsibilities and demonstrates the ability to juggle multiple projects. The responsibilities for this Office Manager will include:
- Manage office facilities and being the first point of contact for all matters pertaining to the running of the office
- Liaising with buildings management and outsourced IT service providers
- Oversee reception services to ensure that meeting rooms are maintained to a good standard and booking systems efficiently implemented
- Maintain the health and safety of the office
- Maintaining and developing office policies by setting up procedures to guide the operation of the office
- Maintaining costs and invoices for the office
- Independently manage smaller company events and support on large-scale event planning
- Represent and instil the culture of the Firm in all practices and interaction both internally and externally
- Additional tasks as required.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Hold prior experience as Office Manager within financial or professional services
- Have exceptional organisation skills and a highly service-orientated approach
- Able to problem-solve while keeping calm under pressure
- Maintains strict confidentiality and highly reliable
- Excellent communication skills across a range of stakeholders
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
