We’re growing – and we’re looking for an Office Manager to join us.
We are a growing organisation within the care sector and following an exciting period of growth and the addition of two new businesses to our group, we have recently moved into larger premises.
As our team continues to expand, we are looking for an Office Manager to become an important part of our central team and help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our new office.
This is a varied role, working closely with our department heads and senior management team, providing practical and administrative support across the organisation.
What will you be doing?
You will play a key role in keeping our busy office organised, efficient and welcoming. Responsibilities will include:
- Managing the day-to-day running of the office
- Providing administrative support to department heads and senior managers
- Coordinating meetings, diaries and appointments
- Welcoming visitors and acting as a professional first point of contact
- Managing office supplies, suppliers and facilities
- Supporting staff with administrative and organisational requirements
- Assisting with HR administration and onboarding
- Coordinating meetings, events and team activities
- Preparing documents, reports and presentations
- Helping develop efficient office systems and processes
- Providing general support across our growing group of businesses

We are looking for an organised, proactive and approachable person who enjoys being at the heart of a busy working environment.
You will be someone who:
- Is highly organised and has excellent attention to detail
- Communicates confidently and professionally
- Can manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Uses initiative and is comfortable working independently
- Is friendly, approachable and enjoys helping others
- Understands the importance of confidentiality and discretion
- Is confident using Microsoft Office and digital systems
- Enjoys being part of a growing organisation and getting involved

Experience in office management, administration, PA or a similar role would be beneficial, but we are equally interested in finding the right person with the right attitude and approach.
