Salary: £27,254 - £31,022
Contract: Permanent
We are seeking to appoint a talented, experienced, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Office Manager to lead our hard-working office team to start on Monday 2nd November 2026 or earlier.
Ladypool is a small, happy, vibrant, and diverse primary school with a nursery.
About the Role
We are currently looking to appoint a welcoming, professional, experienced Office Manager to provide reception, administration, and secretarial support for our school office.

Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate previous administrative experience
- Communicate effectively with parents, pupils, visitors, and staff
- Remain calm and positive under pressure
- Demonstrate a good working knowledge of a management information system
- Be responsible for all aspects of pupil data management and statistical returns, e.g., Admissions, Pupil Census, Free School Meal Administration, etc.
- Work with minimum supervision and as part of a team
- Show excellent communication, literacy, numeracy, and ICT skills
- Be reliable
- Use initiative to support the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team

- Friday 2nd October 2026 @ 4:00pm
