Commercial Office Manager

Evolve is partnering with a leading aesthetics manufacturer to recruit a Commercial Office Manager with experience in the medical aesthetics industry. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing international business in a varied, hands-on role with genuine ownership and responsibility.

We’re looking for individuals with existing experience in Aesthetics, and a proven background working as an Office Manager.

This is a full-time permanent position based in our client’s head office in London.

Ideal Requirements for the Office Manager

  • Previous experience in Office Management, Commercial Administration, Operations, Office Coordination or a similar role, within medical aesthetics, with a proven ability to keep day-to-day activities running smoothly.
  • Experience within medical aesthetics or medical devices, with a good understanding of the aesthetics industry and working within a professional, regulated environment. Medical aesthetics experience would be particularly advantageous.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities across a fast-paced aesthetics business.
  • Previous experience managing stock, inventory, orders or fulfilment, ideally involving aesthetics products, with confidence coordinating deliveries, couriers, suppliers and logistics.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the confidence to work independently, take ownership and anticipate the needs of an aesthetics business, its customers and internal teams.

Role Responsibilities for the Office Manager

  • Take ownership of the London office and its day-to-day operations, creating a professional, organised and welcoming environment where the commercial team can thrive.
  • Drive efficient commercial administration and reporting, maintaining accurate CRM, sales and business performance data while identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve ways of working.
  • Lead stock and inventory management, ensuring the right products and materials are available at the right time to support commercial activity, field representatives and training requirements.
  • Coordinate orders, packing and fulfilment, managing pharmacy, sample, training and representative orders from preparation through to delivery, ensuring everything is accurate, timely and well organised.
  • Play a key role in supporting training and education activities, working closely with the Education Manager to ensure products, consumables, welcome packs and training materials are fully prepared and ready for successful sessions.
